Thanks Cheyenne! Anyone read The Books of beyern? We're they good? Michaela - I have read the Books of Beyern and they were good. Emilie would tell you the same thing Hahaha, yes I would. The first 3 are the best though. I wasn't a huge fan of Forest Born. I didn't feel like I related to the character as much. She didn't show much emotion, and I'll admit it: I'm an emotional person. If the character has little or shows no emotion, I can't relate to them. So I'd definitely recommend The Goose Girl, Enna Burning, and River Secrets. And read Forest Born as well. You might like it. And I can't WAIT for Palace of Stone to be released! Princess Academy was my first introduction to Shannon Hale and I loved it, so having a sequel for one of my favourite books is awesome. I've been trying to win a copy of it off of her facebook page, but most of the time you have to be an American citizen.

Hmmm...ever read 'Snow in Summer' by Jane Yolden? It's a reselling of Snow White. Very well done! She lives in the 1940's in West Virginia. I know Julia would love it since she loves Snow White! And there's the Royal Diaries series by Scholastic which is nice as well. Nancy Drew, of course! King of the Golden City by Mother Loyola. Olivia and the Little Way and the squel Olivia's Gift (a girl whose best friend becomes St. Therese of The Child Jesus). The Wind Blows Free (and the rest of the Panhandle Series by BethlehemBooks). Magic for Marigold by L.M. Montgomery. First Farm in the Valley. The Ponytail Girls. Is that good?

Oh, that Snow White book does sound good! Beckie, have you ever heard of Sisters Of The Sword? It's a really great book. There are 3 books, and 4 should be coming out soon. It's set in ancient China, and it's about 2 daughters of the Shogun. Their father gets murdered, and the murderer splits there family apart. So, the two sisters must disguise themselves as boys and try to find their mother and little brother, while the murderer is tracking them down. Warning: there is violence, but it's not the goriest book I've read. Oh, and of course, I recommend the Sisters Grimm to you. They are my favorite books (other than Regina Doman's books). They are mystery, fantasy, and they do have a teeny tiny hit of romance throughout the book series. The later books do have romance, but it's totally clean, and not that serious. The plot is, two sisters' parents have vanished. The girls, Sabrina and Daphne, are placed in foster homes, but each time they have managed to escape. Now, there is a mysterious lady who is saying that she is Sabrina and Daphne's grandmother. So, they have to go with her and travel to her sleepy town of Ferryport Landing. I can't tell you a whole lot, because it will ruin the book if you want more recommendations, just tell me .

Beckie, How about The Winged Watchman, by Hilda Van Stockum. Actually, I like most of Hilda Van Stockum's books. I also really like the Clementine books, by Sara Pennypacker. They're more of a younger reading level, but my eighteen year old sister still likes them.
