I've never read that series, sorry. It sounds familiar, though. What's it about?
I just finished Mark of Athena the other day! GAH! That ending was epic! I can hardly wait for October, when The House of Hades comes out.
I've also started reading A Wrinkle in Time. I haven't made it very far into the book, but so far I like it. Charles Wallace is a character to which you become endeared with quickly.

I also suggest the Penderwicks like Delaney. I own the first two books and they're awesome!

Thanks everyone!! Oh and Delaney I was so hoping someone would have that POV on that series because I was at the bookstore and I read a but into a couple of the books and my thoughts went from "COOL! DISNEY CHARACTERS THAT COME TO LIFE!!!" to "NO! NO! Thats not how I envisioned so-and-so!" Kind of thing...and the characters...the way he described them...like "she was cool" blah blah, didn't impress me. So I may not want to disappoint myself with them. Oh and that list looks fabulous! Elly: THE CLIFFHANGER IN MARK OF ATHENA IS A KILLER!!!!!!!!! RIORDAN IS SUCH A TROLL!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHA! And have you seen the HoH cover!!?? Death! Haha. Beck: okay thanks! EDIT: I would like to add that whoever loved the Anne of Green Gables books will find Montgomery's Emily series another great delight! I have read the first two (lOVED them) and am in a mad search for the rare, third book which I can't seem to find ANYWHERE but I have actually found one which I'll have to order. But they're one of my favorites, for sure! AND I just read 'The School for Good and Evil'. Whoah. Pretty epic. And not a predictable, shallow kind of fairytale thing I tend to find everywhere. This one is pretty fantastically written. As is Tuesdays at the Castle and Wednesdays in the Tower. They're actually a more younger children books, but I adore them. It's like a "mix of Howl's Moving Castle and Harry Potter" (as some reviewer guy said hehe). My little sister even liked them and she's super picky. Haha. I read whatever I could as a girl...even my brothers Hardy Boys books. I even tried Les Miserables at age nine! And I just found out its unusual for a girl of 12 (which is when I read it) to read a book like Jane Eyre. Um. Okay. *shrugs* I liked it. (Which is supposibly EVEN STRANGER.) what can I say, I'm a strange kid!

*MAJOR MoA Spoilers* I think it's Percy. Simply because he's the one who fell into Tartarus with Annabeth. Together, they are going to close the Doors of Death from the Tartarus side while Nico leads Frank, Piper, Leo, Jason, and Hazel to the Doors in Greece.*/spoiler*

Yeah I think so too! Major confession: I've only "technically" read The Lost Hero in the HoO series but I kind of have a lot of info and spoilers and bits of the other books so I know everything that's happened. HAHAHAHAHA. I'm the kind of person who likes spoilers. Lol.

Is this the first book you've read by L'Engle?
